SLC has a special place in our hearts. So much to do and see and just not enough time to it all. Gary and I both served our missions here. We lived in Salt Lake for the first 5 years of our marriage and had our first child there too.
The great thing about baby blessings is that it is like a mini reunion. The blessing was beautiful and little Harrison is such a cutie. He is so good and content. Laura and Rob will be great parents. It was nice to see them so happy. We were able to visit with Gary's other sister and her family as well as Grandpa and Grandma, Meagan and Addie for the weekend.
It was a nice treat for the children to play in the freshly fallen snow. From the moment we left California Sydney was asking to go swimming in the pool at the hotel. It was all she could think about. Infact she was under the empression that we were going to swim as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We were trying to explain to her that we might not swim right away. But when we arrived at the hotel sure enough Sydney was asking to go swimming about every 5 minutes. Gary finally took her!
We had fun hanging out, playing games, holding baby Harrison, swimming, playing in the snow and going to temple square.
